Cut the eggplants lengthwise into slices and fry them in an oiled pan.

Add cream, cream cheese and salt to the mixer bowl. Beat until a light fluffy consistency is created.

Spread the cream cheese on the slices. You can use a pastry bag, or you can apply it with a teaspoon. Place CaviarES Salmon Pearls on top.
